Products on dockets are ordered via the date they were added, this can be manually overriden within individual dockets. The image of the first colour way listed will appear on the Docket when printed
In the Production Order go to the Products tab and click on the [Rearrange] icon
Drag and drop to rearrange or click [A / Z] icon to rearrange alphabetically
Save + Close
