Dispatch materials from your Raw Materials Main Inventory to your Manufacturer.
When you create a dispatch note from the Production Orders, the dispatch note will be linked to the Production Order you are creating it from. This allows for easier tracking.
Note that you can also create a dispatch note directly from the Raw Materials Inventory module. In this case, the dispatch note will not be linked to any Production Order. For more information on creating a dispatch note in the Raw Materials Inventory module, read this article.
To delete or inactivate a dispatch note, locate the relevant production order from the Production Orders list view and click the Materials icon.
Click the [Dispatch Notes] tab.
Select the dispatch note you want to delete/inactivate.
Uncheck the [Active] checkbox and click [Save].
The dispatch note will no longer be visible. If you want to see this record check the [Include Inactive] checkbox.
