Import stock transfers between locations.
Select [Download Template] to download .csv template file.
This will generate a CSV file containing the specific headers required for your data, which you can then populate, as shown below.
1.Order Reference (Optional):This field populates the Order Ref field on the Transfer Request in Zedonk.
2. From Location : Populate to identify the From Location.
The data entered in either field needs to MATCH exactly what exists in Zedonk. The empty field will be ignored.
3. To Location : Populate to identify the To Location.
The data entered in either field needs to MATCH exactly what exists in Zedonk. The empty field will be ignored.
4. Style, Fabric, Colour, Size or Barcode : Choose to populate one (set of 4 fields; Style, Fabric, Colour, Size) or the other (Barcode) to identify the product and size on the Transfer Request.

5. Stock Transfer Quantity: Input the stock transfer quantity for each product and size.
Here are two example of a file ready for import.
Example 1:This example uses the Style, Fabric, Colour, Size as identifier.
Example 2: This example uses Barcode as the identifier.
Select your preferred settings to match your file, then simply drag and drop the CSV into the upload area to import your data back into Zedonk.
Choose your Settings according to your file
Type Lookup : select from the dropdown Manual Receipt or Automatic Receipt.
Product Lookup : select from the dropdown Style, Fabric, Colour, Size or Barcode
Approved: tick the box for stock transfers to import as approved.
Season: select the season from the dropdown to import stock transfer to.
Order Owner : select the user from the dropdown to assign stock transfers to.
Select [Import] to upload the file.
The pop-up screen will confirm your file is being processed. The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds, or you can click the grey button at the bottom to refresh manually.
The import takes between a few seconds and a few minutes, depending on the file size. You do not need to stay on this screen; click OK to continue working in other areas of Zedonk and return later to check the progress.
If you have navigated away, click View Last Import Log to re-display the status pop-up.
This screen displays your Import Results.
Successfully imported lines are highlighted in GREEN.
Lines that failed are highlighted in RED, which may indicate a typo in your file or a record that does not exist in Zedonk.
