
For iPad go to the App Store on your device, search for Zedonk and download the Zedonk App.
For Android go to the Play Store on your device, search for Zedonk and download the Zedonk App.
If you are downloading the Sales App on a different device than originally you will need to notify us first ([email protected]), as your licence is attached to the device on the first login. Our Client Success Team can unlink the license from your old device.

Before you first log in to the Sales App on your device, you must export your User Account from Zedonk > Connectors > Sales App > Settings area. For more information on performing an export, please read Run Sync.
You can only log in with the Username that has the Sales App license assigned to it.
If you have entered your password incorrectly 5 times, your account will be locked.
Contact our Client Success Team ([email protected]) to unlock your account.

Click [Sync] to sync your data from Zedonk
For more information on performing an export of data from Zedonk, please read Run Sync.


When the sync is finished, return to the menu
