
Customise settings, including Email settings in the Sales App Settings.
General Settings


- Prices on Products will be in this currency (if you have chosen to show prices on Products)
- Date Format shows on Orders and Assortment Planners - choose one
- Choose to show Prices on Product Views (if not selected then no prices will appear on Products)
- Choose to show Wholesale Prices on Product Views, Assortment Planners and Orders
- Choose to show Retail Price on Product Views, Assortment Planners and Orders
- Choose to show Available to Sell on Product Views, Assortment Planners and Orders (available only with the Inventory Module)
- Choose to show Projected Stock on Product Views, Assortment Planners and Orders (available only with the Inventory Module)
- Update your ATS and/or Projected Stock
Email Settings


- Add your 'reply to' email address (in case your buyer decides to reply to an email generated by the Sales App, the 'reply to' email address will receive the response)
- Choose to have your 'reply to' address in 'cc' - so you have a copy of what you send your client
- Create a default signature for your emails
Buyers Settings

- Enter a default link expiry - you can change this when you send an order
- Choose to show the RRP price on the order
- Show ATS and PS on order (available only with Inventory Module)
- Choose to show any Order Notes you have added to buyer's order
- Show to show any Product Line Notes you have added to buyer's order
