
The Help area within the Sales App provides options to access online assistance, perform backup, restore operations, export system logs and check for updates.

2. Backup
The Zedonk App automatically performs a backup whenever you submit an order, send an email, or sync data. For additional flexibility, you can also initiate a manual backup at any time while online by clicking the Backup button.
3. Restore
You can restore any backup to your Sales App. Click on the Restore button and select the backup you want to restore.

Click on the Download icon

Read the warning message, then click Yes.

Your backup has been restored.

4. Check for Update
Checking for updates ensures you have all the most recent features and functionality, helping you get the best performance from the system.
5. Export System Log
Only required when prompted by the Zedonk Support team.
