
When you have entered the sales order you can submit it to Zedonk Web.
You can choose whether the order is added to Zedonk Web as Approved or Unapproved.
For more details on Approved orders, see Order Status - Approved.
In Orders you can see all submitted and outstanding orders

1. This order is waiting to be submitted - you can still make changes to it.
2. This order has been submitted to Zedonk Web and is waiting for the SO Number
Click on [...] at the top of the page and then click on [Get Order Status]

The Order updates with the SO number from Zedonk Web. Once generated you cannot amend this order

The order that is submitted to Zedonk Web will appear in the season you selected in your Zedonk Connector Setting and can be viewed in the Order List View.
If the order status remains 'Pending' in the Sales App and you cannot see the order in Zedonk Web, go to Zedonk Web > Connectors > Sales App > Actions and click the Order Import arrow

The order should now appear in ORDERS in Zedonk Web and the order number should display in the Sales App/
