You need to make changes to a Sales Order already submitted to Zedonk Web
From Orders, find the submitted Order
Click [...] > [Copy]
Review the Order details, click [Back]
Confirm if you want to Copy Quantities and Copy Product Notes and click [OK]
Now you see a copy of the order with original products and quantities - make the changes required
1. You can add more products
2. You can delete products
3. You can amend quantities
If you select add Products - you go to the Product Screen - make your selection
When you are done - click on BACK
Now you are back to Order Screen
You can Submit the amended order to Zedonk Web
Please be sure to inactivate the original order in Zedonk Web so the orders are not duplicated.
You can also delete the original order to remove the order from the Sales App - Delete an Order.
