Customer Settings - Customer Priorities

Customer Priorities are internal references only and are not listed on any customer facing documents. Customer Priorities added to Customer entries pull through to Sales Orders and in Allocation

The default Customer Priorities:

  • 1 - High
  • 2 - Medium
  • 3 - Low

From Customer Priorities select [+ Add] to create new priorities

Add priorities as required

You can assign a priority to your customer on the Customer page
