General Settings - User Management - User Permissions

User Management empowers administrators with granular control over system access and functionality. Admins can view all active users, meticulously define and modify individual permissions, and manage notification settings. This ensures that team members only have access to the modules and data necessary for their roles, preventing unauthorised changes and maintaining system integrity.

Only users with permissions to the Users Management settings can access this area.

All active users will be listed, click on the user to view and amended permissions

Amend the users general details as required

From the System Permissions, view all modules within the system the user has access to

To remove access to an entire module, deselect its checkbox. A pop-up window will appear; select [Yes, remove] to proceed or [No, leave] to cancel. Click [Save] to confirm your changes.

Any modules that the user does not have access to will then be greyed out when they log into the system.

Alternatively, click the [+] icon under a module to view all individual permissions and restrict access for specific actions.

Click [SAVE] to confirm
