Customer Settings - Customer On Hold Status

You can create and assign an 'On-Hold Status' for your customers. This will define what users can and cannot do when processing orders for a Customer with an active 'On-Hold Status'.

Users need to be given system access permission to create an 'On-Hold Status' list in your settings.

Select [+ Add] to create

Enter the names and the conditions of the on-hold status

Options:

  1. Allow New Orders - allow new orders to be created for a customer with the selected on-hold status
  2. Allow Approve Orders - allow orders to be approved for a customer with the selected on-hold status
  3. Allow Edit Delivery Notes & Pick Tickets - allow delivery notes and pick tickets to be edited for a customer with the selected on-hold status
  4. Allow New Delivery Notes & Pick Tickets - allow new delivery notes and pick tickets to be created for a customer with the selected on-hold status
  5. Allow Ship Delivery Notes & Pick Tickets - allow delivery notes and pick tickets to be shipped for a customer with the selected on-hold status
