
Change user details.
Go to System Settings > General Settings > Users Management and click on the username you wish to edit

Edit the user details

Username - Zedonk username
- If you need to change the username, see: Change Username
- Last Login - Last date and time the user logged in to Zedonk
- First Name - Enter the user's first name
- Surname - Enter the user's surname
- Email - Enter the user's email address. The associated email address is required to reset password and to unlock the account, see: Password Reset & Unlock Account
- Telephone - Enter the user's telephone number
- Mobile - Enter the user's mobile phone number
- Commission - Enter the commission for the user (agent). For more details, see: Calculating commission for your Sales Agent
- Password - Change Password for the user
- CSV File Delimiter - Switch between semi-colon and comma as a delimiter for CSVs exported from Zedonk. If your CSVs exported from Zedonk look scrambled, try switching this setting (comma is used in the UK/US while semi-colon in most countries in Europe)
- Zedonk App - Select to assign Zedonk Sales iOS/Android App license (optional add-on, see: Zedonk Sales App)
- Active - Unselect to inactive/delete user
- Z.Hub - Enable for access to Z.Hub
- Z.Studio - Enable for access to Z.Studio
