You can delete a Season by making it inactive. An 'Inactive' status indicates a record is effectively archived. It will no longer appear in standard view/reports unless specifically searched for.
A Season can also be 'archived' to remove it from the season dropdown list. It will no longer appear in standard view unless specifically searched for, but it will be marked as active in reports.
Archiving a season is a recommended approach.
From the Seasons & Exchange Rates page, click on the season you want to archive or inactivate
Enter the General Details for the season
- Active - Deselect this option if you wish to delete/inactivate a season.
- Show - Select "Archived" to keep a season active but remove it from the main "Season" dropdown list.
