The Digital Showroom tool provides your buyers with immediate access to their personalised Buyer Portal, accessible from any desktop or mobile device. Within this portal, buyers can effortlessly browse all your products on dedicated Linesheets, adding desired items and specifying quantities. Once finalised, a simple click of the 'SUBMIT' button automatically creates their order in your Zedonk's Orders module.
The Digital Showroom Tool grants access to two modules - Line Sheets and Selections, which in collaboration allows the below functionalities:
- Linesheet Customisation: Tailor your preferred layout by selecting from a range of fonts and design tools.
- Split Linesheets by Colour or Swatches: Create linesheets featuring individual products by colour, or group products and include corresponding swatch options.
- Enhanced Product Media Options: Add up to four product images, one swatch, a 360-degree image, and one video per product.
- Additional Product Description Fields: Include supplementary descriptions for each product directly on the Buyer Portal.
- Assign Badges: Highlight key products by assigning distinct badges, such as "Bestseller" or "Lookbook".
- Product Recommendations for Buyers: Send additional product recommendations tailored to a buyer's specific interests.
- Buyer Portal Access: Send a direct link to the Buyer Portal, enabling buyers to add quantities, save their progress, and submit orders directly into your Zedonk Orders module.
- New Customer Link: Generate a unique link for prospects, allowing them to submit a form that automatically creates a new customer record.
- Integrated Message Room: Communicate directly with brands via an in-built messaging function.
