If you have ticked to show AVAILABLE TO SELL FUTURE on the Buyer portal - your Buyer's will be able to view the dates which goods will be available from. This data is pulled from the production order product 'Delivery From' date.
The 'Available Future' value is pulling from your PROJECTED STOCK levels.
Within Zedonk Web, you must ensure your products have a delivery window applied to products within the Docket.
The delivery dates need to be set in future for the Available Future figures to display.
When sending/previewing your portal - ensure 'Show Available Future' is ticked **
If you cannot see this option please update your Digital Showroom system settings.
To view the 'From' dates when you are previewing your portal, or your customer is within a product with 'Available Future' stock levels:
Click on the 'i' icon
