You can make a Line Sheet Inactive. The Inactive Status is halfway to being deleted, and the record will no longer show unless you specifically look for it.
Click on the Line Sheet name to edit
Scroll to the bottom of the General Details tab and untick [Active]
Click [Save]
Update Linked Selections
If you have sent the Line Sheet to your buyers, you will be prompted if you want to update all linked Selections with the changes made to the Line Sheet. Untick the [Update Selections] box as required. Please note that linked Selections will not inactivate when the Line Sheet is inactive.
