You can allow your Customers to view your availability of stock and can also restrict them from placing an order, excess of this availability
Go to your Zedonk System Settings > Digital Showroom > Buyers Portal to establish this selection as your Default
Here you can select between the following two options:
1. THE CUSTOMER CAN ORDER ANY QUANTITY
2. THE CUSTOMER CAN ORDER ONLY AVAILABLE STOCK - make this selection to restrict your customers from placing an order, excess of what's available
When sending the Line Sheet / Selection to your Customer, ensure "Show Available to Sell" and "Show Available Future" has been selected

On the Buyers Portal, any additional quantities will now be restricted
Selling Available Stock (ATS) and Any Quantity across Multiple Linesheets
When selling from multiple linesheets simultaneously, you can also set one linesheet to sell from Available to Sell (ATS) stock and the other to sell Any Quantity. This allows you to manage restricted inventory and unrestricted ordering at the same time.
In your Buyer Portal System Settings, ensure Order From Stock is set to The Customer Can Order only Available Stock.
For your ATS Linesheet: Follow the steps in the lesson above and ensure both Show Available to Sell and Show Available Future are selected.
For your Any Quantity Linesheet: Ensure both Show Available to Sell and Show Available Future are deselected so the customer can order any quantity.
