If your buyers submit an order using the Excel - Order Sheet attached to a Linesheet, you can import it directly into Zedonk using Linesheet Order Import.
To use the Linesheet Order Import ensure you attach the Excel - Order Sheet when emailing the Linesheet from Zedonk to the buyer.

Your buyer will receive an email with a link to download their Order Sheet.
How Import a Sales Order using the Linesheet Order Import
Each Order Sheet includes a unique Internal Doc ID. Don't remove or change this ID, as it's required for a successful import.
Buyers only need to add the quantities to their Order Sheet. Please ensure no other data is changed in for it to import successfully.
Click Import from the Linesheet List View
Step 1 : Select File
Upload your "Excel - Order Sheet":
- Drag and drop your file, or click Browse to select it from your computer.
- Click Next to continue.
Notes
- This import tool allows you to create a Sales Order from the "Excel - Order Sheet"
- The supported file types are .xlsx, .xls, and .xlsm.
- It must contain the original Internal Doc ID on the file.
- Click Next to load and validate your file before submission.
Step 2: Review and Submit
Your Excel - Order Sheet will populate on the Review and Submit screen. Complete the following details before submitting:
- Store Address: Select the store address.
- Delivery Address: Select the delivery address.
- Customer Reference: Pulls through automatically from the Customer Record, but you can edit it directly on Order template.
- Order Reference: Enter an order reference, such as the customer's PO number (if applicable).
- Buyer Name: Enter the buyer's name.
- Approved: Tick the checkbox to import the order as approved, or deselect it to leave it unapproved.
- Submit: Click Submit to process your order.
The warning triangle indicates that one or more products in your order are below their Minimum Order Quantity or Minimum Order Value.
You can still submit your order if products are below these minimums.
