Once you have your Line Sheets/ Selections ready, you can send the link to your customers directly from Zedonk. You can send the line sheet to multiple customers at once.
If your customer does not exist on your Zedonk, you can prompt them to fill out the form and send their details, as described in the Sending a link to a New Customer article. This is particularly useful for your new prospects.
To send Line Sheets from Zedonk, you must first set up an email template set up in your system settings.
Click the envelope icon in the List View to send your Line Sheets.
A pop-up will appear. Select your preferred Digital Showroom template, then fill out the remaining fields.
- From: The sender address automatically generated from your Zedonk template.
- Template: Select your preferred layout from the drop-down menu (populated from your system settings).
- Type: Choose whether to send a Buyer Portal link or a Standard Attachment (Line Sheet PDF).
- Settings: Click this to review or adjust your Buyer Portal configurations before sending.
- Add: Click to select contacts from your customer profiles. If you select multiple contacts, each recipient will receive an individual email with their own unique access link.
- CC: These fields automatically pull the respective addresses designated in your template settings.
- BCC: These fields automatically pull the respective addresses designated in your template settings.
- Reply To: These fields automatically pull the respective addresses designated in your template settings.
- Include as CC: Check this box to automatically copy the 'Reply To' email address into the CC field.
- Subject: Pre-filled with your templates subject line, but can be manually edited before sending.
- Attachments: Select the files you want to include. (Note: Additional attachment options can be managed in your main System Settings).
- Message: Pre-filled with your default template text, which can be fully customized before hitting send.
Note on Attachments: Available attachment options will vary depending on what files you have uploaded to the system. However, the Line Sheet and Order Sheet options are always available by default.
When you select 'Buyer Portal' as the type, a pop-up called Buyer Portal Settings (pictured below) will appear with your default settings, allowing you to review or manually adjust them before sending.
You can also send a Line Sheet directly from the document view using the Actions menu.

- Click 'Email' to open the relevant pop-up
