Digital Showroom Asset Uploads
You can upload the following assets per product to elevate your virtual selling:
- Product Images: Up to 4 images
- Swatches: 1 swatch
- 360 Media: 1 interactive 360-degree image
- Video: 1 product video
Additionally, you can include a Production Image and a Labels Image for your Production Documents.

The order in which you upload your 4 product images is exactly how they will display on your Linesheet and Digital Showroom Portal.
Locate the Product from the Product Costings List View
Go to the Media Tab
Upload up to 4 product images (Image 1 - Image 4)
Image files must be in JPG or PNG format, up to 2MB in size, and no larger than 2000x2000 pixels.
Upload a swatch image
Upload a 360° image (ZIP)
A 360° image must be compressed to a .zip file, and images must be titled sequentially, e.g. DR_1.jpg, DR_2.jpg, DR_3.jpg, etc, for Zedonk to read and display the file correctly.
Upload a Video file
The file must be an MP4 video, no larger than 30Mb.
