You now have more attachment options to share with your clients through the Buyer Portal.
Set up your attachments here so they're ready to select whenever you send a portal email.
You can upload up to 100 MB per individual file, with a total limit of 1,000 MB across all files.
Attachments Library
To add to your attachments library:
- Storage Allowance: A breakdown of your total and available storage.
- [+ Add]: Click Add to create a new attachment option.
- [x Delete]: Click Delete to remove a selected attachment option.
- Rearrange: Click this icon to reorder your attachment options.
- Existing Attachments: Displays all attachment options you have uploaded.
- Name: The title of this attachment in Zedonk, as seen by buyers in the Buyer Portal.
- Attachment: The file name that will appear once downloaded by your portal user.
- Add Attachment: Drag and drop your file, or click Select File to upload an image from your computer.
- File Restrictions: Each attachment has a size limit of up to 100 MB and must use one of the following formats:
- Word
- Excel
- JPG
- PNG
- MP4
Click Delete to remove a selected attachment option. If the attachment is already linked to one or more portals or selections, a warning pop-up will appear.
