Digital Showroom - How To - Set a Minimum Order Value and Minimum Order Quantity

As you get your Buyer Portal ready for the selling season, consider setting minimum order values and/or quantities for your products in the Digital Showroom.

You can configure these in your System Settings > Digital Showroom or directly within each Buyer Portal Settings.

Go to System Settings > Digital Showroom > Buyer Portal

To set a default Minimum Order Value and Minimum Product Order Quantity, simply select the relevant checkboxes in your settings.

Your system settings will be reflected in your Buyer Portal settings. You can modify these for individual customers if needed.

Set Minimum Order Value

Set the minimum order value to prevent the Customer submission if the minimum order value is not reached.

Buyers will see these values in the 'Order' Tab of their Buyer Portal, and they will see the following message when they attempt to submit their selection.

Minimum Order Value: (Value) (and Product Minimum Order Quantity) have not been met on your order. If you want to request an exception please message or email the brand.

Set Minimum Product Order Quantity

Set the minimum order value to prevent the Customer submission if the minimum product quantity on the order is not reached.

Set the minimums on the Product's General Details tab on your Line Sheet within Digital Showroom. 

You can bulk-edit the minimums if split per Colour, but not Swatches.

Buyers will see the Product Minimum Order quantities in the 'Orders' tab on their buyer portal.

Buyers will see the following message if they attempt to submit their selection without meeting the minimum order quantities for products.

You've not met the Product Minimum Order Quantity for products on your order. If you want to request an exception please message or email the brand.
