
Orders is where you enter, store and manage all your sales orders and related documentation
Use the top dropdown to select what documents you want to include in the grid

Sub Total column is showing the total value inclusive of discount, before tax
Default Currency values are calculated using the rate set in Exchange Rates. See: General Settings - Seasons & Exchange Rates for more info
Use [Select/Move/Filter] button to customise your grid or to add filters

Select additional columns you want to include in your grid
Deselect the columns you don't want to see
Drag and drop columns to arrange them in your preferred order

Once you are happy with your layout, don't forget to save it so that in future you can make other temporary changes, then reload your favourite version.

At the bottom of the [Select/Move/Filter] window you will find all the filter only fields in order to isolate only certain Sales Documents containing a specific product, or Material, or specific status, etc.

If you have the option to manage Retail Orders in your system, you will be able to identify between the two order types on your list view via the 'Type' column:
