Once an order has been generated you have the option to export the Provisional Order Confirmation, Order Confirmation, and the Order Line Sheet as PDFs.
Locate the order you want to export to PDF
Click on the line Actions button and click [Print]
Select the Document Type + Style click [Print]
- Type: Choose from PROVISIONAL or CONFIRMATION or ORDER LINE SHEET
- Style: CLASSIC or LANDSCAPE or PORTRAIT
- Additional Options: Individually amend your selection to populate on documentation
- Tick if you want to include Terms and Conditions you have previously uploaded in your Settings
- [Preview] Print preview
- [Print]

Troubleshooting
If you receive an error message when printing a sales order document with the 'Include Terms' option selected, the format of your Terms and Conditions PDF in your Zedonk is in an incorrect format (not PDF/A, which Zedonk requires).
To resolve this issue:
- Navigate to the Settings > General Settings > Documents area.
- Download the current Terms & Conditions file.
- Convert it to the PDF/A format using one of the online tools or using Preview on a Mac.
- Once you have the new version, return to Zedonk and replace the old Terms and Conditions file with the new one.
- Print the sales order document again.
