You can Edit a selection of Sales Documents at once to Swap products in Bulk.
Bulk Actions will take in consideration your user permissions and only allow you to update documents your user is allowed to update.
This bulk action can only be performed if the selected Sales Orders don't have subdocuments with a QTY, and the product you've selected to swap from for those selected sales orders, is not linked to a Production Order.
The new product must have a size category with the same number of sizes as the original product.
From List View select the sales orders you wish to Swap Products from
Click on [X Selected] dropdown and click [Bulk Action]
Zedonk will confirm how many records you have selected click [Next]
Select the action you want to make and click [Next]
Follow the instructions on screen to select the product you want to replace, and the product you want to replace it with, click [Next]
The '...with Product' options will only be visible products within that season that have the same number of sizes as the 'Replace Product...'
Zedonk gives you a Recap of the action you are about to Perform, select [Perform Action]
Zedonk confirms how many documents have been updated, click [Close]
Some documents might not update because:
- The document is locked.
- Your user does not have permission to edit this document.
- The document did not need updating.
- The customer is On Hold and the hold status does not allow this action.
