Generating a Delivery Note for units to be sent for a shipment. Delivery notes can be generated for either the complete shipment or partial shipments
From Sales Order List view select [OT] for the Order you wish to generate a Delivery Note for
The Order Tracker is where you see all the documents related to a specific Sales Order.
Search for the Customer's Name and Click on OT
Click the action button and click [Add Delivery Note]
This will take you to the ORDER TRACKER, Press Create DN
The screen will populate with details from the Sales Order, add any additional information as required
The form will populate with the information from the CUSTOMER record
The 'Products' tab shows the products from the Sales Order with quantities waiting to be delivered are displayed in red
The quantities waiting to be delivered are displayed in RED
Select [Downward Arrow] to autofill all
Or autofill line-by-line
Or enter each quantity manually
From the Totals tab
Enter Tracking Number, Gross Weight, Number of Cartons or Dimensions
[Save] and [OT] or [Close] to go back to the Order Tracker
The Delivery Note line now shows in the Order Tracker
[Actions > Print] to export the document to PDF
[Envelope Icon] to email the document directly from Zedonk
