Delivery Notes - Delete/Inactivate Delivery Note

You can make a Delivery Note inactive. The inactive status is halfway to being deleted, and the record will no longer show unless you specifically look for it.

To inactivate multiple delivery notes simultaneously, a bulk action feature is available upon request in Zedonk. Contact [email protected] for further details.

In Sales Order list view select the Delivery Note to be made inactive

N.B. If there is an existing Invoice or Return Authorisation created from this Delivery Note, you will have to Inactive those other documents first.

..or inside the Order Tracker

Untick [Active]

Search for the Customer's Order and click on OT - This takes you to the "Order Tracker"

[Save and Close]

The Delivery Note is now inactive and it is displayed with a line through it on the Order Tracker

It is no longer showing in the list view (unless you decide to include inactive records)

All goods are automatically returned to stock inventory as if the delivery had never happened.
