How to add products to Sales Orders and list quantities
Select Product tab within the Sales Order
You can use the [Quick Add] to select one product at the time from the dropdown..
...or you can use the [+ Advanced Add] to search and select multiple products and add them to your order at once
Once products are added to the Sales Order enter the quantities required
A warning icon will display if there are products with a quantity (Qty) greater than '0' with a unit price set at '0.00'. The message Product with '0' Value will appear when hovering over the yellow triangle.
Add any relevant line notes
Click action button and select Show Comments
Sales Order Notes added to the product will be visible and you can add additional comments

Drag and drop manually or sort all products alphabetically
