
Select multiple documents (order confirmations, proformas, delivery notes, return authroisations or credit notes) from your list view and send them from Zedonk at once.
From the Order list view select the relevant documents you would like to email - you can filter your list view if required
Click [X Selected] on the top right and click [Bulk Email]

Complete the fields and click [Send]
The available templates will be the same as your e-mail templates when sending individual documents.
Based on the document types you have selected, you will need to specify the document format types you would like to send.
Your recipient will then receive an access link to the document portal
The portal link is valid for up to 30 days from when the link was originally emailed.

When the link is clicked, they will be taken to the portal. They will need to enter the pin stated on the email received. Then click [Submit]
