You can make a Returns Authorisation Inactive. The Inactive Status is halfway to delete and the record will no longer show unless you specifically look for it.
Locate the Returns Authorisation on the List View
...or inside the Order Tracker of a Sales Order
Click on the RA Number to access the Returns Authorisation and Untick [Active]
[Save and Close]
The RA is now inactive and it is displayed with a line through it on the Order Tracker
