You can make a Returns Authorisation Inactive. The Inactive Status is halfway to delete and the record will no longer show unless you specifically look for it.
Find and click the Return Authorisation you wish to delete/inactivate
..or in the Order Tracker
Click on the RA Number to access the Returns Authorisation and Untick [Active]
[Save and Close]
The RA is now inactive and it is displayed with a line through it on the Order Tracker
