You can export up to 100 Sales Order documents or subdocuments (of the same type) at once as a single ZIP file
From Order List View and select the document type you want to display
Use the filters if needed and select up to 100 entries
Use the corner tick-box to select the whole page.
Use the [X Selected] and click [Select All] to select all records after you have applied your filter.
Click on [X Selected] on top right and click on [Export ZIP]
Choose the Document Type and click [Queue Export]
You see this pop-up
Click [Go to ZIP Downloads] to go straight into the ZIP DOWNLOADS area to wait for your file to be ready and download it.
Click [OK] to go back to the Orders List View and continue with your work. You can access the ZIP DOWNLOADS area later.
The ZIP file can take up to a few minutes before being ready if you have selected many documents.
If you have gone out to other sections and you now want to collect your zip file, go to Sales Orders > ZIP DOWNLOAD
Here you will find the most recent entry at the top click [Download] to export your ZIP file
The ZIP file exports onto your computer
The ZIP file contains all your individual PDF files
