Returns Authorisation - Print

Once a Returns Authorisation has been created within the Order Tracker area of an Order, you have the option to export the Returns Authorisation as a PDF.

Find the Return Authorisation you wish to print

..or in the Order Tracker

Click on the RA number

Click on the Line Action button against the Returns Authorisation created and Click [Print]

Select the Document Type + Style click [Print]

  1. Style: CLASSIC or LANDSCAPE or PORTRAIT
  2. Additional Options: Individually amend your selection to populate on documentation 
  3. Tick if you want to include Terms and Conditions you have previously uploaded in your Settings.
  4. [Preview] Print preview
  5. [Print]

Here is an example of how the Returns Authorisation would Print

CLASSIC - RETURNS AUTHORISATION

*NEW* LANDSCAPE - RETURNS AUTHORISATION

*NEW* PORTRAIT - RETURNS AUTHORISATION
