If changes have been made to a product in Product Costing after Sales Orders have been raised, existing Sales Orders will need to be updated
This can also be performed to multiple Sales Orders as a Bulk Action
From the list view, search for the Sales Order and click the SO number to access it
Some prices are missing or have been changed since you have created this order
A warning icon will display if there are products with a quantity (Qty) greater than '0' with a unit price set at '0.00'. The message Product with '0' Value will appear when hovering over the yellow triangle.
Click [Actions] and select [Update Product Prices]
You'll see this dialogue box click [Yes, Update Prices]
The prices have now been updated
[Save]
