Sales Orders - Order Status - Open or Force Close

OPEN = the Sales Order is still being processed.

FORCE CLOSED = the Sales Order has not been delivered in full, but no further deliveries will be made

You might have a Sales Order that has not been delivered or only partially delivered to the customer, but the balance will no longer be processed. In this case you need to FORCE CLOSE this order. This will help you tracking that this order no longer requires further delivery notes.

For INVENTORY USERS: this is also the way you tell Zedonk that those undelivered units are now free and they will show in your AVAILABLE TO SELL and your PROJECTED STOCK.

From Sales Order List View select the order

1. You can select AUTO-CLOSE in SETTINGS

Select the status [Force Close]

2. You can manually CLOSE the order. To change the status of the order, click into the Order

[Save]

The Orders List View displays a Red Tick for Forced Closed Orders

The Orders List View displays the status "Closed" by displaying a green tick

Use [Select/Move/Filter] pop-up if you want to show/hide your Force Closed Orders

TO filter for all CLOSED or OPEN orders - click on the COMPLETE drop down list, select your filter and click on SEARCH
