Retail Sales Orders - Change VAT Calculation

There are three methods for calculating Retail Order VAT: 

  1. My Country: Utilising your system's assigned country's VAT rate.
  2. Delivery Address Country: Applying the VAT rate of the customer's delivery address country.
  3. Manual: Manually inputting a specific VAT percentage.

As Retail VAT is inclusive of the Total RRP for Retail (B2C) Orders, the VAT calculation on your retail orders will follow this logic accordingly.

From within your Retail Order, click on the [Actions] Menu

Select [Change VAT Calculation]

You will then be presented with the VAT Calculation Options to Update on your order

Select +/ Enter the required updated information and select [OK]

Your order will then save with the updated VAT calculation

Your VAT calculations will show as follows on your Retail Order documentation
